We own a completely customized wall bed with two side cabinets (both of which have a hanging wardrobe), custom LED lights in the nightstand area, reading lights, and LEDs above the bed. Additionally, the bed comes with a sturdy desk. This bed has transformed our third bedroom into a functional office/bedroom. The look and feel of it is elegant and classy. We consulted with Zara from start to finish, who was completely candid with us in every respect and also responded to every single email we had with many questions. Their website lists many options and it was hard to choose. She listened to us carefully and confidently guided us toward something we loved. In addition to her, Alex at sales who is based in Florida and Anastasia were excellent with responding to our questions in a timely manner as well, because we wanted something highly customized.

The delivery/installation process was a little stressful as we live in a city building with specific rules and the bed took a while to install. But Zara and her team arranged for the installation team to come over a second day and complete the installation smoothly. The team headed by Jan/Yan knew what they were doing! They managed to expertly install the bed and demonstrate its capabilities before leaving.

I recommend Wall Bed Place wholeheartedly. They are beginning to establish themselves in New York, their prices are decent given the many customizations, quality and finish/style they offer, and they really bend over backwards to make their customers happy.

Communication was top notch. They had to deal with a lot of challenges with my building and handled it flawlessly. They provided the COI and moved installation dates for me multiple times to accommodate my delays with other pieces of furniture. Opt for installation as it was fantastic (worth every penny). To get it installed properly is so important.

This was an amazing company to work with for my queen size Murphy bed in my NYC Studio apartment. They helped guide me through what I needed from a desk, to shelves, headboard and even white glove service installation. They were even able to accommodate my small elevator. They were on time, excellent communication and the two guys who installed the bed were so helpful and kind. I can't say enough GREAT things about the quality and the people who helped me along the way!

Ordered the bed a while ago and due to the supply issues it took quite some time to get it... but then again I had custom colors, so it's ok. Overall it was worth the wait, it's very convenient, saves tons of space and looks good in our apartment.

Wallbed place has a great product. I did my research on Murphy beds and I think they provide the best bang for the buck of the full service bed providers. It took a while to get due to supply chain issues but once the service was excellent. I highly recommend buying from them.

I bought the Royal Queen from WallBedPlace and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Zara and support provided by Alex. First, I was told by some other sellers that it would take 3 months to receive the wall bed I wanted (some of the other ones were not Multimo). I visited the NYC location (easy setup), where Zara told me they had a shipment coming in the following week, and she and Alex coordinated immediately, and within a few days of the container arriving Zara told me they had the product I wanted. The product was delivered a week or two later, with Zara keeping us apprised of the status along the way. Second, I set the bed up myself, but needed some troubleshooting from Alex (I'd recommend talking to him first before setting up the bed). He was always available, and very, very helpful. Based on the customer service experience, I will definitely be buying from them again!

Multimo is, hands down, the BEST place to shop for a Murphy bed! Most Murphy beds are ugly, old fashioned and LOOK like there’s a bed in there. Multimo’s design is modern, unique and the quality of their mechanism is superior to any other out there! And my favorite part , you provide them a picture of your space and they will show you exactly what you will get. That makes all the difference. My husband and I are pretty picky and we were blown away by this company. Highly recommend them
