Talk about service. The two men from Wall Be Place spent 6 full hours installing my bed and cabinets, leaving me with a beautifully transformed room and not a speck of dust behind.

Our whole process of purchasing a Murphy bunk wall bed from start to finish was enjoyable. It started with our meeting Alex at the Multimo store in Ft. Lauderdale. Alex was great to work with, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was very accommodating. We also purchased the white glove installation. Very glad we did. The two installers, Peter and Dima were very courteous and professional installers. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. Made sure we were happy with the beds and installation. The bunk beds look great and are very well made. Great quality and workmanship. We are very happy with our purchase and we are sure that our grandchildren will be thrilled to sleep in their new beds. We definitely would recommend Multimo Beds to anyone looking for Murphy beds.

Very high quality furniture, very pleased with Alex communication that helped throughout the process of: showing product in the showroom, making exclusive render to help us choose exactly what we want, and shipping and assembling the wall bed, sofa and a bookcase. As for the assembly team, they were great! On time, clean very professional! And they listen to every whim of us, like where to put the bed or the bookcase before finally mounting it to the wall. After the assembly the room was even cleaner than before!!
All in all the whole process was as easy as it could be with furniture, all thanks to the MultimoBed stuff!!!

2. foam packing broken in many pieces with scraps blowing in the wind
3. The front of the bed came in three pieces which is not pictured as such.
We expected better service and product from an European product. Would return it if we could.

Hello, Chris!
We apologize for the experience you had with the delivery. We use a transportation company for delivering our products to certain areas, where we don't have our own team.
As you can understand it's a third party with their own protocols and, unfortunately, all of them deliver in pallets for safety reasons.
On our side, we always ensure to have everything packed in a pallet for better protection and safety of items in long transportation. We also additionally ensure to use of foam protection for the same reason for the safety of freight. As you can understand in a long transit a lot of products may easily get damaged. In this particular case, delivery was from Florida to Washington, which is a very significant distance, that may include the transition of freight by several tracks sometimes.
We understand that you may have expected the delivery process to be different and we hope you see now that we do our best to deliver products safely and securely for our customer satisfaction, as this is our main goal.
Regarding the product itself, please see below the product page showing that the bed model that you ordered has a front panel with 2 lines on it, indicating 3 panels:

Could not be happier! From the moment we met with Zara at the show room right up to the installation, everything went so smoothly. Zara answered any questions or concerns we had immediately. The installers came on time, with the right tools and knew EXACTLY what they were doing. The bed itself is so easy to use and has really opened up space in our studio apartment. We purchased the mattress separately from Nectar. After years of looking for a Murphy bed, my only regret is that I did not do it sooner.
