I like the product so far. Only been on boat a week. The problem is customer service. I called before purchase 3 times. I called 2 more times after I received it too get some info on application. I called 1 more time to order some more where I didn't have e ought overlay for last section. Still no answer. Left message and phone number and no return calls. When you order this product you should be able to talk to someone about quantity needs.

The delivery time was very good! It was a very good product - Thought it was a little expensive though-Also had quite a time working with it-stated if it stuck to itself you could easily peel it apart-NOT Also first time it contacted vehicle it was extremely hard to reposition Seemed as though when you peeled it back to adjust that it would stretch out of proportion -Final product looks great but not as easy as they portray

I don't like to be negative, information in this email is just for your knowledge in the hopes product improves.
Applied black emblem as illustrated on mossyoaks youtube video, was not able to completely cover gold indentation of chevy emblem on front or back of vehicle. I thought it was my inexperience and use of box cutter instead of exacto knife.
Took it to a body shop to have professional put on properly. to my disbelief they were not able to cover the gold indentation either.
In the end I had them paint my emblems to get the results that your pictures, description and video exclaim.
I would like refund on both black and pink graphics paper, order number 3000329231.
Please instruct on how to do this.
