Perfect gift for someone special so much nicer than a normal box of chocolates. I didn't personally taste the chocolates but they smelled really yummy. Would buy again and definitely recommend

I ordered 2 items on the same day, at the same time. One of the orders arrived the next day which was excellent unfortunately the other order did not arrive with it. I rang several times but had no answer, left a message which wasn't returned. Called again and spoke to a man who said there had been a 'few mistakes this week' he kindly offered to send it next day to arrive on Saturday (in time for Father's Day) unfortunately he clearly didn't request a Saturday delivery and so the gift didn't arrive until after Father's Day. Bit disappointed.

Mistake was made with my order and I was concerned items wouldn't be correct in time for the occasion bought, however after emailing customer service, they made no annoying excuses, admitting fault and rectified the situation in a timely manner with an apology and few lovely extra chocolates thrown in too
