These transmissions are insane!! Have one on my 08 Cummins and I have a banks 6 pack stacked with a diablo tuner and twin 45mm turbos I went threw two rebuilds and the original because it was blowing torque converters our blowing valves!!! I have had a monster transmission for two years and even with two full size Chevy mud trucks on a 32 foot dove tail goose neck the truck will break the tires lose loaded and the transmission just laughs at it!!! You guys rock when I buy my new truck it wont even leave the dealership until a monster transmission is installed!!! Thanks guys!!!

When I called, they were very very knowledgeable, very nice. Unlike the company that I called before that, that I just hung up on. To say I am "Very" happy with my Monster 700R4 transmission and 2,500 RPM stall torque converter would be like saying I like good suds just a bit. Total understatement of course. It shifts hard when I step on it hard and modulates that shift pressure through the TV cable based upon throttle pressure. The 2500 stall is just perfect for my 401 Horse SBC 355ci as it ids right into the heart of the torque curve at that RPM. Love the tranny and I installed it with a 3-speed shifter because I want it to shift out of the +3.00 to 1 first gear. I simply place it in second and floor the throttle. It shifts on its own into second and motors right down the road/track. You guys are the best as far as Im concerned.

Quality seemed good surprised to see a roller bearing inside too much paint / weld on pilot hub was a Lil tight going into crank was expecting a little more stall out of it too trans still clunks into gear a bit. This truck is a beast like to share photos put the sskit in my 1995 4x4 4l60e chevy pu with a little computer tune it barks 2nd with 38s Thank you. ....Ed..... giving 4 stars for quality not 5 because the stall not meeting the specs seems like O.E. tight

The shipping on the parts was fast with lots of communication. The parts went into the trans without problems and worked well so far. The planetary gears for a 700R4 I hope will hold up to a 750hp small block Chevy. The tranny shop did put hardened shells in so Im sure things will hold together. I got a Monster Transmission and the thing is badass! It runs like a bat out of hell. I gained power in my truck. I have a 1989 Chevrolet Blazer and I can now pull anything and climb hills. The 4WD works tremendously. The old 700R4 that I had in my truck was a peice of crap. This one that I have now from Monster Transmission is just amazing. I just love it.

I have this transmission behind a 351w making 475 hp and 480 lb/feet of torque. It showed up packaged very neatly and since it was around Christmas, it was spruced up with Christmas decorations. This demonstrates the level of commitment to quality and customer service. Any time I called the company, they were pleasant and helpful. Now to how the transmission functions: this is my second built AOD and this one is so much smoother than the other. I picked the level 2 shift option and it isnt as snappy as I expected but I am glad that its this way since the car is a cruiser and not whipping my head back when cruising around town at regular speeds is desirable. When banging through the gears manually, the car shifts right when you shift like they advertise and unlike my other built AOD. Tweaking the TV cable/pressure was easy with their included instructions. When putting my foot in it, it has no issues revving out. The bottom line is this: the car shifts and acts like a tame OEM transmission when cruising but likes to run and rev hard. I recommend Monster Transmission!
