Ok, I need to give a huge shout out to Abagail for her assistance. I was sent the wrong / incomplete lockout kit I ordered for my 700R4 transmission. I had wanted an internal lockout kit but the initial agent thought I was putting this kit in an existing Monster transmission which I'm not. I called him back and he assured me that all the parts would be in the kit i received. That was not the case. I only got the external lockup components which were useless to me. When I called after receiving my order today Abagail went out of her way to try and understand what I was saying and what needed to be done. For a new employee she excelled in getting to the core of the issue. She deserves a HUGE pat on the back and certainly a big thank you from me! Now just hoping returning the items and getting the right kit will go smoothly. If not I'll have Abagail to get it done! Thank you Abagail. I was just about ready to give Monster a very negative review but you turned it around into a positive experience.

I purchased a transmission from Monster Transmission and am completely satisfied with the transmission. Having said that, The return of the core was and still is a Nightmare!! I contacted the company I was told to and set up the pickup for the core transmission. They told me they would pickup the core that afternoon. No one showed to pickup the core. Every day for the next 5 business days I called them and they told me that the core would be picked up that day. The core was finally picked up on the 9th of April 2019. Today is May 13th 2019 and I still haven't received the return of the core costs. I have called multiple times to find out what is taking so long and each time I'm told that I need to be patient. After waiting 3 weeks for the refund I was told it takes up to a month. As of writing this review it has been a month and 4 days and still no refund. Today I was told on the phone that Monster Receives "1000's" of returns and it takes time for your refund and that I should be patient. I have been patient. Today I requested a supervisor to check and find out what the hold up is after even he admitted it has been a long time.

I should have been told I would have to wait over a month for my core refund up front when I ordered and paid for the transmission. I am a disabled veteran who's money is tight. The delay in the core refund is putting a undue burden on me financially. When I explain this to the representative they tell me they understand but offer No Solutions but for me to be patient. Before you purchase anything that requires a core refund from Monster Transmission be sure you can afford to wait over a month for that refund. As of 1408 hours on the 13th of May 2019 I still have not received mine.

I want to say that Kelsey has been very helpful and I appreciate it. I'm having troubles keeping my 700 cool, 2500 stall on a 500ft lb 383, and he's trying to help me narrow down why my temps keep climbing. Thank you!

Just finished my transmission Yesterday and this is to let you know that i was very happy with this kit. The shifts are just right. My only complaint is that it took longer than expected.

Rebuild kit and shift kit worked out great in my transmission. Parts were nicely packaged and will definitely buy from you guys again.

I recently purchased a transmission for my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel. After I made payment in full, I read the reviews (which initially I wish I had done before making my purchase). After reading the reviews and having parted with my money ($3,000), I was very nervous and regretting my decision to say the least. I had spoken to monster before the transmission was shipped and expressed my concern to them with all the "bad reviews" that I saw online. They assured me that I would not have these issues and that their return rate based on the amount of transmissions they actually sell is very minimal. Once I received the transmission and had it installed, I must say I am VERY VERY VERY happy. The truck performs and shifts well just like it is supposed to. I have not had any slipping or trouble going into and of the gears. I know there are many bad reviews for Monster transmission on here, but maybe they have gotten their act together because the transmission I have installed in my truck is thus far exceeding my expectations.

Elise was awesome to talk to. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She went way above and beyond to make sure that I had all the information that I needed to make the decision to buy a monster transmission. It's nice to speak to someone that cares about what they do and enjoys it and projects it. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

I had a little bit of trouble ordering my Monster Transmission. It was really aggravating at times, but the fine people at Monster Transmission talked with me about the issues we was having and we resolved any issues we had. At Monster Transmission they are really concerned about doing what is right by the customer. I am really happy about getting my transmission. I highly recommend doing business with Monster Transmission. If I ever need a transmission in the future I will be doing business with Monster Transmission again.
