Great. There are so many people that do transmissions but it is hard to trust any of them. Most always have a high come-back rate too. So I figured this would be my best bet, spending a little more cash was definitely worth it! Installed the transmission and it has been driving great! 3 year warranty..can't beat it!

The customer Service is outstanding/ great. The only thing that I didn’t like is that I was given one price and when I called To place the order I was given another price to its bad Business . And the first person that I spoke with stated that he was going to throw in the transmission oil. When I received the transmission it didn’t have the oil as promised ,when I called I was told I needed to pay extra for it if I wanted it so again was told onething and than was told something totally different . But over all the service was good . I had been ordering from another company for the last past years and is was the first time ordering for monster transmission. I would like for someone to reply to me.

The process wasn’t very good. First you told me my transmission was halfway done, then told me you hadn’t received it yet. I ordered a new torque converter and was told you needed my old converter. When asked why do you need my old converter if I’m purchasing a new converter you said your right we will wave the core charge and don’t send it. Well it turns out you wanted to rebuild my stock converter which I don’t understand as stalls normally come in a smaller case. Because I didn’t send mine and you couldn’t find a core you actually built a new converter which required a new flex plate that you charged me for. Never once did I receive any emails to status or updates, I only found out if I emailed. Someone dropped the ball big time and I really felt helpless all the way from Hawaii.
