Worst service I’ve ever had to deal with. I asked for them to call me back after I missed a call and spoke with the lady for the manager to call me back again. No phone call been waiting most of the rest of my day yesterday and today. Was told my converter was done on the 20th of last month and still waiting on it. From where ever they are getting the converter they are sending it to monsters place of business and then to me. I clearly told them to send it to me directly. 2 weeks to send this converter after being finished from building it

First of all my original order was a horrible experience. Then warranty.... yeah WOW thats crap too. Solenoid back fails in less that 15K humm ok.. just bad luck. Then you ship out my order with the new solenoid. Sure its new, yeah nope has grime and dirt all over the plug. So i got a used one. Then after all that i give you the new address in Virginia not Houston, TX and were does it go... Houston so i had to get it shipped to me more $...oh and weres the pan gasket, and i hope i dont tear the valve body gasket. After this experience i will never order any thing from you ever again and hope nothing else breaks cause you company just sucks in all aspects.
