At my age (old) figuring out how to use this collar was a little confusing at first but didn't take long after i started practicing with it. The only issue I have is trying to change from vibrate to tone but I have some stiffness and arthritis in my hands

This e-collar has been such a helpful tool in training my dog with re-call. She is a rescue heeler and has a high prey drive, so merely calling her back would have no effect. I love that this collar gives us a physical connect even if we are far away, and has definitely helped with curbing her urges for prey and redirecting her attention towards me. Personally, I wouldn't go over lvl 60 for my dog (she is medium sized) as at that point, that could cause her discomfort and isn't necessary. I wouldn't recommend this collar for beginner dog training as it has such a wide range and should be researched extensively beforehand to see if it is the right tool for your dog and if there are any alternatives before moving to a remote collar. Another feature I love about the collar is the pavlovian tone, and she also responds great to that. Great quality product, it has given us much more confidence and freedom to be off leash and build our bond.

I have been using this device with my goldendoodle for 2 weeks. It started off working great, but after two weeks. When I press the stimulation button, there is no stimulation and my dog doesn’t feel anything. I have placed my finger on the prongs when this is occurring and I cannot feel anything either. The vibration button works but not the stimulation button. Not sure if there is anything to do here. I may have to exchange it.
