I cannot recommend enough the professional and very personal service I received from Memories From Tape. If you are entrusting someone with your personal and one-off precious tapes (mine was 20 years old); you need to be putting it in the hands of someone who clearly cares. I made a very last minute request for some very old tapes to be transferred to disc and they simply could not have been more helpful and patient. They made sure they understood what I needed and followed up with a message letting me know they had arrived safely ( I was concerned of losing them) and then rang me with a suggestion for the copy disc which was great. Turnaround was fast and I am more than delighted with the result. They are very sentimental and for a gift and I know how delighted the recipient will be. Philip did an excellent job of 6 videos as old as 26 years ago, 1 video was broken which he repaired at no extra cost, which i thought was really kind.
Philip kept me informed over the period he had the videos which was remarkably quick, I had all my discs done within 5 days, the DVD quality was good.

I posted 4 VHS tapes on Monday and I had 10 hours of top quality MP4 on Thursday. Excellent quality despite some of the tapes being over 25 years old. With so many of the older generation now passed, watching the footage was very emotional. Fantastic to have it digitised as I can store it in the cloud without fear of loss or further deterioration.
