I purchased a wheeled seated walker on 3/13/19, after opening and receiving it I found that the item was not as advertised and would not work for me for several reasons. One reason is because I can’t fit in the seat comfortably. I sent an email on the same day I received the item and have not received any response from the email. I have placed 2 calls to ask how I can return item and get full refund I have not been given any answer to my requests. I would rate the product quality as very poor, as for customer service so far also very poor. I am hoping that this company will redeem itself and send return shipping label and a full refund of the item quickly.
