As of 05/15/2019 my item has not been delivered by UPS. I paid $48.55 for the item as well as $6.99 shipping. I should have recieved it by now.

Been ordering from Medical Mega for a few years. Prices are about as cheap as you can get. Shipping speed has been pretty good. Only had shipping delayed 3 times in the past few years. I keep checking prices elsewhere but Medical Mega is still the cheapest.

I have been ordering here for awhile now. Have had a few problems with the shipping. Once sent wrong items,then they were going to overnight me the right ones and they were sent to Jefferson city Missouri not Jefferson wi.and took several days to get. My last order was placed on April 22nd and I did not receive them until May 7th. According to my confirmation email they were not shipped until a week after o placed my order.

Took almost 3 weeks to get my order, they had a week off as a company and it didn't tell me that when I ordered. Still took two weeks for it to show up after their week off.
Every time I called (3 times) I got put on hold for 25+ minutes, when they came back on the phone they said it's in the mail it'll show up eventually.
Finally the last call I made the lady gave me the tracking number which was nice and didn't put me on hold and was great.
Great prices but slow delivery and a lack of customer service with some representatives, not all though.
