It was the first time I ordered from this company and both orders were done incorrect. They were critical overnight orders and boy failed to reach te destination on time. In fact, the packages arrived 6 days after they were supposed to. The one positive side is that they at least responded and worked toward resolving the issue. However, they screwed up so bad they doubled shipped and now their problems became my problems.
