I ordered a neck traction device that did not work for me because even the smallest size was far too large for my frame. I asked for return information and was told that I couldn’t return it because it was now ‘used’ - even though I had only tried it once. I was only granted a return when I threatened filing a complaint with the BBB. THAT is not the way to do business. I returned it, but have not yet been credited with a return on my credit card. I will not do business with your company again due to this experience. I only gave two stars because the rep finally relented and let me return it.
