I have been happy with your product and was pleased with the second shipment I received when the first had not been received, or seemed to be lost in mail. The reason for my less than five star submission is because I was somewhat disappointed in the coolness in service when I called to inform you that the lost bottle had been received. I did not have to make that call but feel honesty is important. There was no discount offered on my next purchase or for me to purchase the second bottle received. Some companies even may say just keep it. While that was not what I expected I felt honesty goes unrewarded with your company. I do not purchase large quantities but I am a return customer. It is costing postage for the return which is probably more than it would have been to offer me a 10% discount to keep the product. Just a thought for you to consider moving forward. Customer service goes a long way.
