The fall detector seems to be working just fine. My mom dropped the device three times over the last year while taking it off at bedtime or putting it on first thing in the morning and the detector was thus activated and a call was made to mom immediately asking if she needed help. Thank goodness it was only a false alarm and nothing serious! Sure gives my mom and her 4 kids a piece of mind knowing she can get medical help with the push of a button.

I purchased this for a friend and I had them on Life alert which is $76 and they're telling me I have a 3-year contract so I'm going to be calling the better business bureau in California but thank you for your price and my friend is already had to use it cuz he fell and you called right off the bat so thank you

I haven't had to use my Medical Alert yet but I wear it all the time. I purchased the Medical Alert because my sister had one. I did not know that she would get some kind of a rebate and so would I. If anything can be done at this time, I would appreciate it.

Thought it was unfair that I was told my elderly mother would be charged the full price if the returned items weren’t “registered” by your company before the due date. I mailed it more than two weeks early. But I was concerned because mail has been severely delayed. It’s obvious the machine was turned off and not able to be used. Plus you had the tracking number. It shows a serious lack of caring for the elderly people your company says they do care for. The two women I spoke with (not saying names) were absolutely no help and couldn’t have cared less. This is one reason I would not recommend your company. Another is, several times I had to call back after a test was set up and there was no answer from your people. I wasn’t going to write because I truly didn’t think anyone would actually read this and care.

Due to our love one passing, we are no longer using this system. Fairly satisfied, however during our use of system, the receiving time of replacement batteries and other items was extremely slow. Also, have not heard anything from company since returning their equipment about a month ago.
