"Luckily I have not had to use this service. I have fallen, in the past, and injured my self. All three of my phones were out of my reach from the floor. My saving grace was that I had forgotten to hang up one of the cordless phones. This inspired me to seek another avenue to insure my safety in my home. Medical Care Alert has provided this peace of mind."

"Only one experience and I just called the telephone number to test and the operator put me in touch with a Dispatcher due to my situation. All parties were alerted and I received all expected service including ambulance."

"There was no incidents no calls so I had only the hope that I was wearing that ugly thing for safety in getting help if I needed it. I did not order it on 04/08/2014 I sent it back on that day and am looking for credit on my Visa card in May. I will not be needing it any longer Thank you, Mary Mccamy"

"I am now putting my phone by my bed!! Did'nt hear the phone ringing @ 3am but the response team was there to put my mom back to bed after she fell and couldn't get up. Luckily she was not hurt...Thank you, Life Alert!"

"Have always has excellent customer service any time I have called them with any problem--also had excellent monitoring service when I received a call from them alerting me that my battery in my pendant needed to be changed. I was a new customer at the time and thought I didn't need to change it as long as I tested it regularly and it tested out OK, now I routinely change it every month."
