When you try to stop their service they will harass you and the elderly person that was using there service

We have a very liberal 30-day risk free trial period, and unlike other companies we refund any pre-paid amounts when you cancel and return our systems. My Mom was in her 90s and lived alone. I purchased Medical Alert and have since not only had piece of mind but the service has been repeating by my Mom. Excellent response and the two way communication has been invaluable when she had a fall and was not injured but needed help getting up. Can't say enough positives.

I'm so pleased with the new system I got for my mother. After researching the various companies, I decided that Medical Care Alert was the one for us. The customer service is wonderful and the equipment is exactly what we were looking for. This system provides us with peace of mind. We couldn't be happier with our selection.

Please let us know if you'd like to try a cellular based system which would avoid using the digital phone line altogether.”

They're very nice and helpful. This is all new to me and walked me through step by step to explain everything. I can always get a hold of someone, very nice and easy to deal with.

Anyone with older parents or relatives should look into getting them a medical alert system. They aren't expensive, and are way better than going to a nursing home or lying on the floor waiting for someone to give them some help

"I am always thankful to live in a small town. When I received the call from medical care alert this morning (I was actually at home with a vacation day from work) The person on the phone was very professional and direct. I went to meet the 1st responders at my father in laws, Thomas Chisholm, the police were already there and the responders were going in the driveway as I got there. I knew them all but there wasn't time to talk until we saw Tommy was ok. They were very professional too. We found Tommy had just hit the button by mistake and could not hear anyone trying to talk to him..he is very hard of hearing. He felt so bad but we were so happy to see he was ok. False alarm but we know what good service this has brought Tommy. Thank you, Thank you to everyone!"
