"My Medical Care Alert is like my best buddy. Before I got my Medical Care Alert, I always wondered what would happen if I fell in the house or garage and I am the only one here? Most of my neighbors are "Snow Birds" and aren't here but 5 or 6 months of the year so they wouldn't be around if I fell. This Medical Care Alert has made me so comfortable about moving around the house, garage and yard. I don't worry about anything happening to me and not having any one knowing that I am in trouble. It is a relief off my mind and my kids think it is a smart thing since I live alone and they don't live close to me. It makes them breathe easier too. Everyone should have such a devise to keep them safe."

"Was billed the day I called Received answers to questions after calling 2 or 3 times Each person said they would get back to me but I always had to call back. Now I am being told it takes weeks to receive credit for the you received July 28 Meanwhile I am paying interest because I was the 3 month plan was the shortest term you offer"

"I found everything that they told me and everything I read to be right on. I ordered the home and yard one and found it works quite a ways down the road from my house. The lockbox that came with it had a flaw and it couldnt be opened, I called and they had a new one to me within 2 days, and it worked great and is on my door. I use the bracelet more than the lanyard but it is nice to have both and the peace of mind it gives now is wonderful."

"The phone number I was given to test the device did not answer-which concerned me greatly since the raisin eyre is to reach someone in an emergency. I reported the problem to the company and have had no problems since.-but the concern still lingers"

"Misinformation relayed to me about shipping time. No call back initially. Unit got lost in shipping. Told hook up could be done by phone...Our 80 yr old could not install. We had to send someone to install. Very frustrating at a time when I needed an alert unit quickly. Customer service did try & was nice. Need new shipping options & option for installation! Sometimes loved ones don't live close by."

"I had asked the sales person to send the system to me. It was a gift to my mom and step father. Instead they tried to send it to my mother and only part of the system was in the package so your company had to send a second unit which took time to get arranged. Although your sales people were helpfull things didn't go well from the beginning, but I guess all is well that endd well. My mother and step father are pleased to be wearing the alert system. It does make them feel alot safer."

“We are very sorry you had difficulty with the phone line to get the system to work. With newer digital bundled phone services, there are sometimes connection issues and it can become very confusing. We do have systems that do not require a phone line, using AT&T Wireless Cellular phone service, and we have cellular GPS medical alert systems that can go where ever you go. "i FELT THAT THE WAIT TIME WAS EXCESSIVE. EVEN THOUGH WE WERE JUST TESTING OUR NEW EQUIPMENT, i SAID TO MY WIFE, GLAD I AM NOT BLEEDING. vOLUME IS GREAT ON ALL TEST, HOWEVER, GIRL ANSWERING WAS DIFFICULT TO HEAR. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME USING, SO WE WILL GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE, WE WANT IT TO WORK!!"

"I had to use it because i had a bad case of vertigo the system . I did find a problem that you can handle, The recorded alert needs to be checked and if possible to race the vol am to be much louder so it can alert every one in the house. also the voice of the operator also needs to be much lower. in an alert is no time to be shy.Can you think what it would be like to wake up with a bunch of firemen running around the house

please understand that I have a sever hearing problem . When I called I could just make out the lady's voice (she did a fine job of helping me ) .
I hope you can fix this problem with out much trouble. Thank you."
