"Haven't needed to use it yet but would rather not have to use it than not have it. I had fallen and could not get up and luckly my son was home when I was finally able to get to my phone and he came over. I thought, what if I had gotten knocked out or broke something? Needless to say, I decided right then to get an alarm system. My son had been after me to get a system but I said I didn't need it. Well, this incident changed my mind.
