I asked for help to get logged into my phone app and the agent said she wasn’t able to help me with that but she would put in an order for non-emergency help. It has now been over 2 weeks and to date, no one has contacted me at all. I’m quite disappointed as my family is not able to get on either. Would love to have someone reach out to be as requested.

I called in to do a test and was asked to hold. I waited for a few minutes and was cut off. So I called again and it was answered promptly. I hung up, pushed the alert button and the speaker elicited loud noises. So I waited for a rep to come on to give more information but there was silence. I called back again and the rep told me that I was given the wrong test and to try again. This time it worked. Reps were very nice and polite but as described above there needs to be improvement

Thanks for your feedback, we're sorry you were inadvertently placed on the wrong type of test. We have spoken to the agent and taken corrective action. If you ever have any issues with the system not testing correctly, you may want to consider getting our cellular based system that bypasses your home phone line. We use both AT&T and Verizon, completely separate from your personal cell phone service. Thanks Bryan
