I had no problem with the process except that it cost $25 to return the equipment and than I receive an email a few days later saying how did I like the process of returning with free shipping!
Now I had to return the equipment cause my Dad passed away, so it wasn't like I was changing to another company. So I did not need this extra expense with all that I am dealing with now.

Spoke with Sue about returning med alert as I no longer needed it, she helped me get everything I needed to send back address and even answered our mail clerks question and helped me quickly and friendly, she’s a keeper.

Medical Alert you are wonderful!!! Thank you for calling to let me know that my mother and fathers fall alarm was not functioning. They did not realize that shutting off the house phone, shut off the fall system.
