I am leasing this device for my mother-in-law.... a new one was just delivered today, (sent 2-day USPS on Jan 20 but I was here today Jan 24, when the postman put it at my front door). But I found out that she already received a semi-threatening letter to charge her $900 or more if she did not return the device she has, which by the way I have leased for the entire year. Why would you contact or send anything to her when it is me that has the contract with you? And even if the new device had arrived on time, do we not get a bit of a grace period to return the old device? I am so irritated that you caused her this stress for NO reason. She has no contract with you, only me. Please explain. Ann Smith

The process could not be easier. Debbie took my order and was very helpful. We received the equipment within 2 days of the order and the set up was very simple. I would recommend Medical Care Alert to anyone needing a life alert system

My experience was good but not extraordinary. If I had a complaint, it would be how long it took to receive the partial refund (nearly 60 days from the notification date). Still, I appreciate that there was a refund. I didn't think to ask for that, as I made the notification the day after my mother died. The refund took my experience from a 3-star to a 4-star review (and my likely recommendation from a 7 to a 9).

I already answered you. I told you I do not like the cord...too heavy and thick. I do not like the weight of the pendant. It is so different than the last one I had from another company. Yours is always in the way. I may change again.

Bryan was so great! He took care of my family so quickly and did a same day install to help keep my family member connected with help. Excellent care interns of quick phone responses. Fortunately I didn’t need an emergency alert. I wished that the pendant was smaller. If it had been, I would have worn it all the time. Instead, I constantly wore the Bedside Buddy. Its range did not extend very far in my house, rendering it almost useless, but also the Buddy’s cloth band broke twice. Thank you for your service.
