I only have 4 days off service to review, so things may be skewed. But the ordering process was smooth thanks to Justin (I think) and the equipment arrived in two days. Set up was as simple as advertised, and so far we are TOTALLY happy. Thank you for the priceless peace of mind.

The one and only time the button was pressed due to a fall from the patient, the call center botched protocol on file. Would not recommend.

I ordered replacement parts for my dad's Medical Care Alert (2 belt loop clips). I only received one, but when I brought it to the customer services' attention, it was taken care of immediately.

Everything was excellent, but one pretty major thing knocked my rating down to 3 Stars -- Specifically, one of the subscriber names on the account is incorrect. It should be SARAH NELSON, not Sharon Nelson. That's pretty major. I discovered that error on 10/15/18 and I asked that it be corrected to SARAH NELSON at that time. As of yesterday 10/21/18 it was still incorrect. Not good.
UPDATE: Kudos to your team for responding so quickly to this review! The name issue has been corrected. Thanks so much for your prompt attention and concern. Rating upgraded to 5 Stars. :)

Great service the only thing is you need to get belt clips that fit wide belts. Please send me the leather pouch belt clip. I don’t recall anyone telling me about that option. Thank you

Everything went great. It was decided that I needed new batteries. They were sent out immediately and as soon as I got them , I sent the old ones back,in the prepaid pkg.
