It took a long time for customer service to answer to test the system for the first time. But, other than that we thankfully haven't needed to use the service yet.

The rep. was very helpful.
I was needing return information for my father's Medical Care Alert necklace, since he is on the road to recovery and she was quick and helpful to get me the information that I was needing.
If we ever need a Medical Care Alert necklace again, we will definitely use Medical Care Alert again.

there is nothing wrong with the product but an aging parent who doesn't like new things. she claims she can't hear the caller or the ring once the product is activated. A case of selective hearing I am sure.

Thanks for your note - we appreciate your feedback. The HOME system your mom has is really loud - when she presses the button it emits a loud signal, then says "CALLING FOR HELP, CALLING FOR HELP". We send these units out at 100% volume. However, I have literally had people stand right next to it and say they can't hear it, only to find out they don't have their hearing aids in! :) Rest assured that if you mom presses the button, we will always dispatch help even if we don't make voice contact with her. Please call Customer Service at 877-913-3680 if you have any questions, or want to make any changes to her notification/dispatch plan.

Our problem with the system was that its poor response to a power outage. Twice we had first responders enter our bedroom past midnight and scare us awake because the power had gone out and we don't have good cell service in the valley.
