We do send 1 or 2 review requests per order. We encourage customers to reply to these emails with any problems or questions, and most customers find this to be a very convenient way of contacting us.
You can uncheck the mailing list signup during checkout, and there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.

my foamy soap dispenser is good, but it doesn't do too much in the foaming; I am assuming it is because of the soap I have, but it is nice and the fact both the cover and the foaming attachment is stainless steel. my old one from another place was rusted in two months. I have not used the sprout cover yet, but i like it. much better than the plastic.

Make sure you are using soap that is mixed with 5-6 parts water for the foaming pump. Feel free to email me if it still isn't working well.

Hi Wayne,
The only email I have received from you was a reply to this review request, and it said only "No." I emailed you at that time and said that I would manually remove you from the email list based on the "No" email, and asked if there was anything else I could help you with.
The only order I can find with your email address is for silicone sealing rings. If you bought a light lid from us and it isn't working, we will be happy to replace it. Please send the order number or the email address you used for the purchase.
