I initially ordered two soap pump dispensers and two soap pump dispenser lid adapters. When everything arrived, one of the lid adapters would not fit on any of my regular mouth mason jars. I reached out to customer service and explained to them the situation, stating that I'd be happy to return the faulty lid. Ryan took care of me right away, apologizing and explaining that there was no need to return the lid, but that he would send me a replacement lid at no charge. I received the replacement lid in just a few days and am now good to go. So far the product is working great!
