I'm sorry to hear that your forks had poked through the packaging. I will inform my shipping employees to put this product into a bubble mailer going forward to lessen the chance that they will poke through.
We do try to ship with the minimum amount of packaging possible, and we buy many of our products from the factories without any additional packaging.
If any of your forks are damaged, let me know and we will send you replacements.
