Very poor service--listed slippers as in stock and took so long to discover "not in stock due to inventory error" that the product was unavailable correct size anywhere for a gift. Five year oldsthese basic arithmetic skills. Vendor did offer a completely different size. Not sure why that would even work. Cancelled the order.
