Product purchase was not packaged for delivery, the box showed up in the products factory packaging showing what the item was and if it is valuable or not, fast delivery, arrived next day so very fast but wasn't private and might have easily enticed someone to take it during transit or from door step

Should have been five stars. Could have easily been five stars... but the process, time, and condescending emails I've had in the process of returning crappy electronics is frankly appalling. Returns staff don't talk to the customer, you get 'handled' by a customer service rep who just blames the delay on the returns manager. It's like dealing with a bloody airline. Then they ignore their own policy and demand everything back in "mint condition" as if it was a simple change of mind! Well I have changed my mind - I'm taking my money elsewhere. You can almost always find a better price anyway.
