THE COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THE POST SALE SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR. THE STAFF THERE IS VERY RUDE and SHOCKING HORROR. THE MANAGER JASON IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I NEVER WANT TO SEE A MANAGER LIKE JASON AGAIN.

Purchased 2 Snowbee classic Neoprene waders from your shop. One for the South Island and the other one for North Island. Unfortunately, the south island size 7 wader was faulty. I wore it the first time on 28 November 2020 when I went to South Island. The right side of the boot is incomplete and leaky and it damaged my calf. And the boot on this side is blue and orange in color. The properly completed side is black in color inside.

When I was in South Island I have corresponding with your company and everyone on the phone was perfectly helpful, especially Rusyll whom I spoke to her a few times. Very reassuring voice saying everything will be sorted out. If they can see the product is incomplete it will be replaced. I send her all the pics including my damaged calf, at stage which is completely red and raw.

When I delivered the wader to your shop (410 Rosebank Road) on 14 December 2020. I met up with Cheyenne who was on the way for her lunch. So I asked her whether I could see one of the managers who could help me with this incomplete wader that leaks and cut my calf and the damaged calf is still visible.

The manager she introduced is Jason. I was very disappointed with his attitude and behaviour is very aggressive (please refer to your shop video recording if you have one) and very rude. At this point, my friend Dr. Mulder walked away from your shop because he couldn't handle the brutally of Jason. My friend was in the state of shock and horror.

He kept on saying if he took my wader back he couldn't sale it to the next customer. I don't expect your company to sale A LEAKY AND INCOMPLETE product to any customer.

I hope the management take this lesson seriously because the company reputation is as good as after sale service.

Product wasn't what I expected from reading description and asked for free sticker. Apart from product not being as expected it would be 5 star.

Bought a Hook2 after calling to clarify installation info, was told went into dash with 4 bolts and gasket not required. Got the product and found did require gasket. called you guys (Jason) who told me "you have not been inconvenienced" and "we can`t know product info on everything" which I found as offensive as he did not know my circumstances and why was I given the 4 bolt speech when I made the effort to ph before purchase. He then hung up on me mid sentence. Got a refund but his attitude turned me off you guys. It was all a bit more complicated but I can`t be bothered writing the whole thing down.
Unless I can`t find what I`m after elsewhere won`t spend any more money at Marine Deals.

I have bought several things off you over the years and have always been very happy with service and products Highly recommended

Tracking says delivered but obviously not to us as in East Tamaki! Sadly Marine Deals being let down by inept couriers ...almost par for course with deliveries from our recent experience. Your follow up would be appreciated

Advitised a completely different product than what turned up at the door and then said the product in the photo does not exist.
