Customer support : Fastest : less then 5 min. Longest wait : approx 45 min. (The ticket wasnt in high priority mode and was not related to dedi).
Product Overall : Very stable , never had problems or downtime, the network is great.
Performance: 10/10
So overall i would give a note of 10/10 Because the staff is amazing and the product also.

So I will do this in a few parts to make it short detailed but explained easily.

Support:
So first of all their support is amazing. They answer really quick and is helpfull all the time. I have had many problems with setting up and connecting to my dedicated server at the start but when I made my first ticket I had all my questions solved instantly.

Network
The network is great! Never had any downtime in a whole month and I am sure that it would be that way.

Prices
The prices is diffrent from person to person. I think the prices are great with the quality you get from them. I rather buy another server at maple-hosting than any other company.

I was only a customer for a month because of some money problems but now I am back with them and its better than it was before! really enjoying their service.
Even though if you live in the EU or US the speed of the remote is the same!

I personally rate it 10/10

Ive been using maple hosting for just under a month and i can say im really impressed with there service

I had a few hiccups at first with the server panel but the techs helped sort it straight away reinstalls work perfectly without any hassle having to open a ticket for reinstall the network speeds was really great highly recommended they gave me a great deal on an intel xeon 1270v3 server and the server suited my needs perfectly

support responses were pretty quick average within 30 minutes

my personal agent helped me with any questions i had and is always around when i had a question regarding the servers

Sure there is some point that need to be worked on ( Like every company ) but overall I think it's a great company. Setup time : Minimum 8hours( that the less it took me) Max : up to 18 hours ( that is the most it took.) Customer support : Fastest: less then 5 min when contacting their critical support department. Longest wait : approx 5 hours when contacting them with low priority requests. Product Overall : Platinum Dedicated: Very stable , actually only had a few little problems that I caused when messing around with the OS, but Maple- Hosting Kindly Fixed it for me in less then a day. Performance: Platinum Dedicated: 9/10 <- Pretty good performance, especially the network. Cant say too much about it since I bought low end CPU :] Ive been with them for a while now and I dont think im going anywhere, strongly recommended!

I thought I'd tell you guys about my experience so far with Maple-Hosting...

I give Maple-Hosting 5 stars! The hosting experience was flawless.

I purchased the Maple-Win 2 VPS and it was all setup around 4 hours after payment... Could be faster but was good enough for me.
I Was quite shocked from the internet speeds on the VPS... It wasn't a direct full 1000 MbPS but it was just what I needed (Around 80MbPS download).
I also really loved the Enterprise windows license... For some reason I found it much easier to work with 08 enterprise than 08 standard.

The support was superb as well, at some point I wanted to have my domain point to my VPS.
I opened a ticket and within 15 - 20 minutes Mike replied and said it's all completed.

Other than this ticket I didn't require any more support, had no lags or any problems and I really recommend it to everyone.

I even gave them a 5 stars review at RatePoint because they deserve it
