I decided to purchase a gaming computer from Simon and the team. After checking out a couple of online reviews, my young bloke checked out the quality of the components before giving the thumbs up.
Residing in WA, I tried unsuccessfully to purchase online, however with the glitch on the website I followed up with an email to advise.
Simon was onto it by the next morning, with a follow up email and then a personal call to take my order over the phone.
2 days later I received an email advising that the computer was on its way, 4 days later I received it.
That wasn't the end of it, I received 2 additional emails, firstly asking if everything was okay with the delivery and then after the present had been opened.
Now that is what I call customer service from start to finish.
Not only is product of a high quality and build, everything that was displayed on the website matched the components received.
But the two standout ticket items are the price and the young blokes thumbs up on the computer.

I could not be happier with my experience at Make My PC. The product was excellent and as I asked for, the service was speedy and after receiving my order on Thursday the PC was on my doorstep on Monday morning. The very helpful service man rang me a couple of days later to make sure everything was working as it should A very good experience all round.

Make my PC helped me build a PC for professional office use. I’ve had the benefit of using this PC on a daily basis for the last 6 months and can honestly say that it’s the most competent PC I’ve used in my last 10 years as a lawyer. Easy set-up, followed by zero issues, zero glitches; this machine has ample processing power for the work it’s doing and I can count on it. Your recommendations re: graphics card and hard drive were spot on, exactly what I needed. I was happy to spend a bit more on what I needed, and save money on parts I didn’t need. Great service and value to the customer. I needed a desktop asap due to sudden increase in workload and I got my PC delivered in no time plus they installed it in my office free of cost. The price was great after comparing online and I got exactly what was advertised in one piece. Will recommend Make my PC to all my friends for sure.
