Your tech did a great job. He had me download the program where he could download the Microsoft 365 on my computer for me. I had spent the last two days trying and was so frustrated I couldn't see. He calmed me down and said he would do all the work, and for me to sit back and relax. He downloaded the program and I really appreciate the hard work and ability to do it from his computer for me.
