I wanted something special as it was my 50th and Vik arranged a great holiday for us. We had 3 days in Dubai and 10 days in Maldives and it was amazing. We'd like to thank Luxtripper and our rep Parveen once again for organising yet another holiday of a lifetime for us. We didn't think the company could top our last trip to Bali, but this year's trip to Masai Mara (Kenya) and Zanzibar blew our expectations. We booked our trip through LuxTripper to go travelling, although I knew where I wanted to stay, I changed my mind plenty of times but the staff were always so helpful and sent out new quotes with no complaints. We also had to cancel our holiday and re-arrange due to a medical issue but the staff did their best to help us and re-arrange even in short notice. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again

Such an excellent service!! Vik Patel was an absolute star in helping us to find the perfect places to stay. 1st misinformation - telling me I have a seaplane instead of a domestic plane for Male transfers
2nd misinformation - made me change my dates by telling me I would reach the resort in the afternoon - when in fact I reached late evening.
3rd misinformation - booking my flight for late evening so we can habe a good last day at resort. Instead they forced us to leave early morning and made us wait at the aiport for more than 5 hours for NO REASON!
Not happy at all! We left in such a bad mood. Our nigjt before was ruined when we were told we had to leave warly.

We are so disappointed to hear that you didn't love our service, as we always aim to go above and beyond for our clients to ensure that they are delighted with our service and the holiday!
With regards to your domestic flights and dates of travel, your quote listed domestic flight as your mode of transfer. This was also re-confirmed to you at the time of booking, and then again in your travel documents.
For domestic flights, the carrier plan their schedules daily based on departure and arrival time for a large number of clients who will be sharing that flight.
To ensure everyone can catch the flights on time and reach the resort, it does unfortunately mean that sometimes there is a little delay in reaching the resort due to passengers arrival time into the Maldives. It is also the same when returning to Male, and we do not have this information from the carriers unfortunately, as it can change daily, but we can appreciate your frustration regarding this.
The great news is that we have recently implemented visual quotes, meaning that modes of transfer will not only be written as text as currently, but we will also have visual icons for even more ease of understanding.
We sincerely hope you still had an amazing time and that the resort you stayed at was sensational! Hopefully you will allow us another opportunity to organise your next trip, so we can wow you with our personalised service and make it up to you.
