Our booking experience was extremely good. The staff we spoke to were Jessica Naylor and another Jess, who I am afraid I don't know her last name. They could not do enough for us, they happily changed dates, quotes etc until we all found the perfect holiday. We will most definitely use Luxtripper again.

LuxTripper are a fabulous company! I booked our honeymoon with them and due to the pandemic it had to be changed, including destination, flights and dates! They went above and beyond to ensure we were still able to go and we weren’t charged a penny! Couldn’t recommend more and Anna has been superb in concierge. I booked a trip of a lifetime with Luxtripper and was due to travel in April. However, due to the Covid-19 the countries I had planned to travel to where no longer accepting any visitors and my visa's were no longer valid. The team at Luxtripper have be spectacular. They have been reassuring, and assisted me with moving my trip forward to next year. I also requested a few changes to add on extra nights, and upgraded the hotel room for my last stay, and the team listened to all of my requests and were really quick in helping me with my changes. The Luxtripper team were always available for a call, and replied to my emails within minutes. Whilst travel has stopped and the industry is really under pressure, The Luxtripper Team have provided me with outstanding service and something to look forward to for next year.

All my silly little questions where answered quickly and even when there was a little mistake with some details it was all sorted quickly. Booked through Luxtripper to go to cocoon Resort in the Maldives.
They organised a Meal for us plus a Dolphin cruise which both were fantastic. We booked a water villa which which was fantastic.
Would highly recommend Cocoon and using Luxtripper.

My wife and I took a trip to China in 2 weeks ago with Luxtripper. It couldn't have been better. Our consultant, personalised the trip around our budget, the things we wanted to do, types of properties we loved and food we loved.

The were also available before the trip commenced to assist with any information. The airline had made a flight change, however Luxtripper were proactive and re-booked me on another flight that would arrive at the same time - absolute service at its best!

Luxtripper further suggested ideas to ensure the trip was perfection, and chose great accommodations and 2 great guides for us. I also contacted them whilst there as my wife was unwell and helped arrange a driver to take her to a doctor.

Next time I go to Beijing I will be requesting Tom Pho as our guide. He had so much passion, moved us through crowds, delighted us with great food choices, was personable and engaging. Our other favourite guide was dear Lu who took us on a hike the breathtaking Longji rice terraces with us, got us in to see the Yao women's hair spectacle, shared with us the history of the ethnics in the region, took us to the show on the Li River, and toured us through Guilin, including the pearl shop by our request. She is fun, witty and personable. Su in Xian, by contrast was hyper efficient as we had a short day with him and he got us to the Terracotta Warriors in no time,
I will travel with Luxtripper again and gain. They make a complicated process very easy and stress free, and tailored a great holiday for us.

Luxtripper did an amazing job for our honeymoon - juggling different locations, varying stays, and differing airlines - during our three-week trip to Africa and the Seychelles, which went perfectly. They arranged the game drivers, and guides at each location who were both knowledgable and personable. A major salute to Bonnie who provided excellent guidance and was so sweet!

Luxtripper planned out each day to the hour, we didn't suffocated and rushed in any way, rather we were given the most efficient way for us to get to know each location and the best method of transport to get from A and B.

We particularly enjoyed the activities that were included in our trip at each location as well as the thoughtful touches arranged for our honeymoon at each property. Of note were the food at each property was amazing, and I was also impressed with the quality of wine selections available.

The Luxtripper itinerary was so well planned and very visual, giving us a full overview of what each day would unfold.

We will be going to South America and later to China, and this is also being arranged by Luxtripper, which we hope will just as amazing as our honeymoon to Africa and the Seychelles. Keep up the great work!!!

Amazing experience from start to finish, easy online initial booking with support as we defined our holiday right up until the last week before we flew. Our destination was exactly as we thought it would be, no surprises and no hidden extras. Don’t worry LuxTripper....we will be back!!

Our honeymoon with Luxtripper has been great. We were welcomed warmly in Sri Lanka by a representative, and we were well looked after throughout our stay in Sri Lanka by the wonderful Chahani who took us on extra adventures beyond those we had booked. The excursions advised and planned for us by Tola were ideal and really worthwhile. Our schedule was slightly different to our initial booking (we were not given a food tour that we had booked but we were given a Kandy tour, which we had not booked) however because we enjoyed the changes on this occasion, we didn’t mind so much. The flights thus far have been comfortable and I imagine the return journeying flights to be so too. We were not welcomed in Male by a LuxTripper representative as advised, but the airport is small and it was therefore easy to find our hotel stand, so this did not matter. Currently still in the Maldives, we have stayed in three hotels over our trip to the two locations and all have been completely different but fantastic with great service. It has been a great experience to stay at such different locations and types of hotel.

A small complaint would be that we booked a high tea through Luxtripper for one of our hotels in Sri Lanka, which was charged at £45.00 per person (so £90.00 for both of us) which is quite steep for a high tea in general, on top of a rather expensive honeymoon - but we opted for it because we enjoy high tea! However when we arrived at the hotel we could see that this was bookable for a lower price directly with the hotel (as it was the hotels own high tea, on site). Considering the fairly basic standard of the high tea, we felt that the price we paid to Luxtripper was not particularly worth it, and a little underhand given the extra on top of the hotels cost - we would have preferred to have booked this directly at the hotel for a more reasonable cost.

Otherwise we have no complaints and would happily book with Luxtripper again if budget allows. We particularly appreciated the surprise photo album at the end of our Sri Lanka trip, as well as the water bottles and bag gifted to us for our stay, both of which came in handy!

We would give 4.5 if possible but closer to 5 than a 4!

Well and truly a very professional outfit! From start to finish the whole service was incredible. I was very well looked after throughout. The quotation process was smooth and very easy to read through and Nina was incredibly knowledgable in being able to provide the best quote and a honeymoon that we had so many fantastic memories from!

When you arrive to your destinations everything is incredibly smooth with all pickups arranged, tours with very reputable companies and hotel stays well arranged with staff reay to greet and support you through anything you need.

I've just returned from a 25 day wonderful tour of the South East Pacific organised brilliantly by Luxtripper. I have travelled many times, with multiple business trips and leisure however always planned my own trips. The itineraries that I was sent - I have never seen as high quality and inspiring quotes anywhere - they they are beautiful and personalised and got me really excited. I felt like every one of my wishes were considered and the attention to detail in all of the quotes was really helpful in making my mind up for the holiday we finally booked which included the French Polynesia, Australia, Bali, Japan and Dubai. At each location, the partners they uses, for all of the various trips other mountain/lakes/waterfall/ cultural experiences, and the transfers driver/guides, bullet trains etc - everything went to plan and their hotel choices are clearly chosen by staff with local knowledge and compliment the high standards of the Company.
I met many other travellers during my trip and when they saw my itinerary there was so much admiration for the quality and the detailed contents.
I'd definitely travel again with Luxtripper and based upon my experience cannot recommend them highly enough.

I'm planning my second trip with Luxtripper since my first was truly sensational.

I've used other companies for tailor made trips before (for Africa, mostly) and they have been great, but Luxtripper was a cut above the rest.

They organised a trip for me this April for the Tanzania, Zanzibar, Dubai and the Maldives and it was awesome!

From the moment I contacted them, to when they were sending me options, post booking being contacted by the concierge team about anything else I may need to when I returned, they have made me feel so special.

Once in my destinations, everything went perfectly to plan and felt like I had my own PA as they were there to assist if I needed anything.

This is travelling at it best, don't hestistate book with them now!
