We have nothing but good things to say about Luxtripper. Jessica dealt with our initial enquiry and was extremely knowledgable and patient with my ever changing demands!
Megan has been dealing with our booking post sale and in the current climate has been keeping in touch regularly to provide updates. She has provided all the advice we need and has told us that Luxtripper are very flexible with how we choose to go ahead with our booking. She has listened to our concerns and taken it all in board. It’s just a shame about that lack of crystal ball!
We are hoping to be able to take our trip but if not we can move it or get a refund/credit if it does not go ahead as planned.
If we can’t go, we will definitely be rebooking with Luxtripper for future trips as they have shown to be a very customer orientated company. I’ve heard so many horror stories about how other travel companies are conducting themselves at the moment and I am so glad we booked with Luxtripper.

We were really pleased with our first experience of Luxtripper. Hayley was extremely helpful from our first conversation to the point we accepted one of the holiday choices she had recommended to us. She listened to all our requirements and knowledgable answered all of our questions. The quotations were presented in a very unique and informative format which I have never seen before. All of the above was completed on a Sunday with our last conversation with Hayley being on Sunday evening.

My only criticism is that it was me who talked to you, it was me who made the booking,and it was my card that paid the deposit. However,when you sent your latest email it was addressed Dear Andrew! A small but irritating point.

The booking process with Luxtripper was fantastic; the original itinerary they sent to me for my honeymoon was miles beyond any other travel company I’ve dealt with. They worked hard to fit in all my requests and gave me fantastic additional extras to help make our honeymoon as special as possible. Our trip is a year away and apart from the initial booking process; we’ve not gone any further but based on the service I’ve received so far I have every confidence that everything will be perfect.
