LuxTripper spent a long time sending different itineraries to different Islands until they found the perfect one for us. Nothing was too much hassle for them even with all the questions we fired at them. First Class service. I would definitely recommend.

I found the sales team helpful and Sadie was very patient. However, after I purchased the ‘flash sale’ offer, the price was slashed further within days and the package now includes a better water villa. I understand that promotions may change but for a ‘flash sale’ to last for weeks with further discount, the term ‘flash sale’ is just misleading. I asked if the Luxtripper concierge could at least ask the hotel to consider giving us the same water villa for our package, as the detail of a special offer within days should be comparable even if the price does drop, which I can completely appreciate. However, the lack of communication is a surprise and disappointing, as prior to putting down our deposit, the response rate was superb. Now almost a week later, I’m still waiting for a response from Luxtripper.

My only slight criticism was near the end of choosing in terms of being very pushy and rushing. I clearly stated we were waiting for confirmation at work but I had a couple of emails and calls and none of them acknowledged my reasoning. It almost puts people off. Couldn’t fault it apart from that minor part.

First time we have used Luxtripper and I am extremely impressed. The customer service has been excellent from start to finish. Love how the itinerary is put together. Slight hick up over the dates selected, however Jamie Greene intervened and resolved immediately and also offered a gesture of goodwill for all the inconvenience. We are off the Maldives in Feb 2021 for our 20 year Wedding Anniversary and are really looking forward to it. Thanks Jamie & Team for all your support, you are a credit to the company.
