We were very happy with our entire experience. We ordered a bike online and they had it ready for pickup the same day. When I went to the shop to pick up the bike, everyone was helpful and they aided me in loading the bike into my car. They also set me up with some videos to assist with the assembly. I feel Luna cycles is a good company with fair pricing and good treatment..
I ordered the advanced charger it arrived in a timely fashion but it was defective.
It took about a week with customer service to determine that it should be sent back and a new one shipped out.
I will review the charger after it arrives and I get a chance to use it
