I needed a replacement charger. Luna cannot compete with Amazon when it comes to shipping times, but if you care about quality, Luna is worth the wait and the additional cost. If you want quality, Luna is the place to buy.

Since I am a local I had the luxury of visiting the Luna showroom in El Segundo. Had all of my decision questions answered. Placed the order the next day and received the bike three days later in SoCal. Great experience.

All your bike’s and service is unmatched (in my opinion), and the only reason I didn’t rate you a five is, pick up at your location. You moved since the last time I was there and you indicated your new location is around the corner but, with all the vegetation growth surrounding your building. I couldn’t see your address or Luna sign. Lot’s of driving around the block before locating!

I have been wanting something to ride again as it has been about 15 years since I rode bmx/fmx. This bike is exactly what I needed. I wanted to be able to explore around and climb the hills and trails around me. I have only been on 2 rides, but this thing is amazing right out of the box. The quality is amazing. Had to repair bbs02 bought bbshd to remain on road til repairs made,wish I’d went with this one from the beginning it’s the big brother to the bbs02.Where I live I use mid drives all year round I rust oleum painted my motor’s chrome.Adds nice touch to my bike.
