Purchased the 120mm bafang mid drive kit with Luna battery and everything fit perfectly first try. I didn't even need the spacers I purchased. And the magnetic mount for the battery is awesome. Very convenient and easy to install. Great product.

ordering was easy. Customer service was nice when i needed something. BUT, i wish i would have known it was going to be shipped Fedex Economy Freight via Rail. I would have had it shipped fedex regular freight at my cost. It ended up being delayed for almost an extra week. Especially painful when it was scheduled to arrive before a long holiday weekend.

This bike is really above and beyond. I commute daily in NYC and it makes quick and easy work taking on hills, headwinds and outrunning basically anyone. I feel super in control on the bike, and even on PAS 4 (out of 5) I get really good range going all over the city. 6 out of 5 stars.

Once I figured out that only certain web browsers would work on your web site it was easy. Your support was alright, although, I wasn't able to actually speak to anyone in person. E-Mail was the only effective communication I was able to use. A lot is lost by not being able to speak to someone when ordering such expensive equipment. I learned much by empirical process. You would do well to have concise "How To" and "What -is-What" videos for every section, and sub-section. You have some videos, however, this aspect could be much improved. Your bottom Line, as well as your following would increase. LEAN 6 Sigma
