Quick and easy!

I ordered a Rimowa Topas and this was the best price I could find on the internet, including from websites with long lead times.

My case was despatched the first working day after my Sunday evening order. When there was a problem with the delivery (this was in no way caused by London Luggage) they contacted me to apologise, and the case arrived the following day.

A very easy company to order from and I shall certainly order from them again.

Ordering online was simple, there was a great 10% discount for ordering online and the company kept me abreast of delivery details from the very start. You can request both emails and texts about the status of your delivery. On the delivery day they promised to be in touch by the 11:00 about in which one-hour slot the delivery would be made, so I didn't need to be in all day to wait for the suitcase to arrive. Everything was straightforward, honest, there were no hidden extras or details about the product and it was all very easy and efficient. The suitcase is of the highest quality and arrived in perfect condition.
