Hi Joyce! Thank you for posting a review of Locks & Bonds. It seems you are not receiving our emails! We answered your email on 3/1/18. We answered you only 17 minutes after you sent your email! It might be that our reply went into you spam folder if we are not in your contact list on your email account. We sent you a forward of the email we sent you on March 1 via email. If you do not see it, make sure to check your spam folder. On our product description, we write very large that all of our packs of hair have 40 grams of hair and 40 1 gram strands. If you received 42 strands, that is a bonus! Every company sells a different amount of hair per pack, some only sell 10 strand per pack and one always has to read the product description. We are super transparent in what we sell and have lots of info in the product description. Some might even say too much! We sell our I-tips in packs of 40 so that the client can mix and match colors to customize the install...and will not get stuck with too many strand of one color. We always answer our emails asap Mo-Fr 10-5 pm and half days on Saturday. If for some reason we do not answer during office hours because of a weekend, we will answer right away at the next opportunity! We take extreme care to answer every one and if you do not get an answer in a timely fashion, please write to us again as you email may not have gone through for some reason.
