I am not going to give a negative review as always had a great experience when visiting the shop but I needed something and a friend was visiting so I ordered it for collect in stope , when she went to collect she discovered it had been sent out to me . This wouldn’t be a problem for most but I have real difficulty getting parcels from DPD parcels as I work and the local shop is difficult to get to when working so what should have taken a day for me to get my stuff took a week.

A delightful shopping experience, and I will always look out for Leonard Coombe for all my future outdoor and doggy walking gear. My order was delivered in super fast time, with updates telling me to the minute as to when my order would be delivered. This was very useful as I live on an isolated farm with no neighbours to leave parcels with, so being kept updated to the minute meant I could make sure I was back at the right time to meet the delivery driver.
