Very disappointed, the fly mask I ordered was not the same as the image shown, it must he old stock. There is no elastic round the head and the velcro strap is in a different position. The mask does not fit my horse. I already have one of the same brand and size. I double checked your site to see if this was my mistake however it appears to be yours and not mine as I can see nothing to indicate there would be differences to the image shown.

I ordered a body protector from here! It was the cheapest one I could find and exactly the same as one from a store where it was £100 more expensive! The website was easy to use and I could find what I wanted straight away! After ordering it i realised I had ordered it to collect from the store and I needed on a Wednesday and it was bank holiday so I waited until Tuesday morning and rang a lovely lady helped me to sort it out.
