I was contacted by a lovely lady from Leonard Coombe to let me know the picture on the website wasn’t the correct rug for the description I had ordered. She was very polite and professional and nice to get a phone call rather than an email, which could have been easily missed. Leonard Coombe was also very price competitive and on my order, there was a courier service included in the price - which is what tipped me from using another supplier.
I'm always a bit nervous placing a first order - especially a higher value one for a new rug for the horse, but I need not have worried as the product arrived safely and well packaged.
There was even a very nice touch by way of a short handwritten note from the team - a nice touch.
I will be returning.
