The file looks like it was squished. The link said that this service is free. You go through the process and then BOOM you have to pay to get your document. That's not "free", folks.

This is why these guy get a 1 star heck if they had zero stars thats what I would give them instead. I was totally ripped off!!! First of all they do not tell there will be a charge until you go to download your documents and then when you go to review your document all you get is all this gobbly gook…see below.
