Not impressed! It advertises itself as a free product, so after uploading your pdf document, you have to pay a ransom payment to see the document and be able to download it in your updated format.
That being said, when you do the download, (I did pdf to word) it still used an old version of word. I understand that this if for compatibility reasons.
