It was not clear that I would have to pay for a subscription to use the service. It is marketed as a free service. I felt forced to pay for the subscription to download a copy of the pdf that I had spent a long time working on. This feels like a scam.

1. Instead of take my full payment from PayPal, you split it into two payments. The total amount is the same but your behaviour is suspicious.
2. I wanted to convert an MS Word File to PDF. The process went smoo9thly, but the resulting PDF wasn't remotely like my original Word file. Fonts and text layout were changed, graphic elements (at least the text portion of them) were seriously altered, and pagination was altered. I haven't done a thorough check yet, but these are the most obvious errors. I had expected a full and accurate conversion (as you had seemed to claim) and not major revision of my document.
