Its ridiculous that you have to sign up for monthly payments after 14 days. That's how they make their money, because many people will forget to cancel. It makes sense to offer buying the one document that you wanted, or that it cancels after 14 days with the preliminary cost. If someone wants it monthly, they will sign up for it right off the bat.
