the site and application are really easy to use right out of the box. I did take a star away because I felt a bit like i got baited by the ad that said it was a "free pdf editor". Sure free to edit but paid to get my file after editing. at the end of the day a single user license was affordable but had to jump through hoops to even see the single user option rather than the primary 30-40/month option.
