Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. All of our services are on a subscription basis, starting with a 14 day trial (for $1.45 or $1.95) to get your file immediately. Here at PDF Simpli we offer forms and an editor with tools where you can get the documents that you need and also edit them. If you purchased the security card replacement form that we offer, it is available for you to download after filling it out. We do not send it to the S.S offices, you would have to send it yourself so then you can receive your card.
