Wow! I Use the 250W kit with a rear wheel application. Only use the assist to conquer the grades and hills when its needed. Am getting up to 80 miles on a single charge. Very nice!

Purchased as a gift, since I'm not a bike rider, I was under the impression that when an advertising shows a wheel with tire, I will be getting wheel with tire and that I don't have to buy it separately.

The wheel and motor and battery work just as advertised and I have no complaints with the product. However FedEx was horrible, they called us on a Thursday and said we had to be present to sign for the package the next day, then never showed. I called Friday evening and they said they would have it there Saturday by 1000, then never show. I then called on Saturday evening and they told me Oh we don۪t deliver FedEx ground on Saturday. We finally got the package around noon on Monday. FedEx had us sit around for three days waiting for the package, before they decide to deliver it. I am now not a fan of FedEx and won۪t using them.

I ordered the 500W pedal assist kit and it arrived in good shape, and now that it is on the bike, I love it. But. Leeds seems to just be a pass-through for the Samsung kits; it arrived with a Euro-style charger and the poorly photographed installation sheets were nearly indecipherable. I could not finish the installation and had to ask an e-bike shop to do so. Leeds did send me a correct charger but did not respond when asked if they wanted the other one shipped back.

When I received the battery, I gave it some charge the green light appeared on the charger and then nothing happened. In other words I was sold a $200 dead battery. A very disappointed online customer

Bought the 250w kit for a rear wheel with the 50 mile battery and if you use it only as a pedal assist when its really needed, it goes much further than 50 miles. An excellent system. Installed on an Easy Racers Ti-Rush and an excellent assistant. Customer service is second to none!

After wanting an electric bike for two years, after riding a friends, I finally bit the bullet, and ordered the 500 Watt kit, 11 Ah, 35K, 36 Volts. So glad I did, and now I just need warm weather to ride. I ordered a bag to hold the battery, since the frame of my bike is curved. The large bag fit just right, and Mandy was very helpful on the phone when I first called with a question. The wheel fit perfectly, no adjustments needed, and I only wish I did this sooner. Pedal Assist works fantastic, as does the throttle. Can't wait to ride!!!

I installed the 500w kit on my old, but excellent Mongoose about a year-and-a-half ago. Since then, I have ridden it over 2200 miles. I enjoy every minute of every ride now that I can manage the hills without having a heart attack. The side benefit of the kit is that the entire bike with battery weighs only about 35 lbs., so it is easy to lift onto an automotive bike rack.

Love it! Support staff very helpful, answered all my questions every time I called. I called several times w various questions from which kit would be best for me to installation questions. Although the installation was more like 5 hours vs 5 mins d/t some alterations that needed to be made to the front forks to accommodate the slightly wider rim.
Chose the 250 over the 500w motor for longer mileage. Found it has enough power for me and my 12lbs dog who enjoys riding in his doggy basket mounted on the front handlebars. Would definitely recommend this product and this company! Ginny in Santa Cruz, CA

Everything, in terms of ordering and delivery and phone help were fine. I did discover a few things that might be considered. The front wheel motor is advertised as fitting 90+% forks with an opening of about 4 inches. I tried to fit it into for different bikes, all measuring within the suggested width and the motor rubbed. Forks on most bikes, as you know, don't stay the same width up about 2 inches and are narrower than the opening. So I noticed your "double-wide" C spacer. $15. I went to a hardware store and got a couple of washers that fit perfectly. I think the double-wide should be included initially. I can't image my experience with forks is unique. Also, your instruction videos show motor kits using two washers. The kit I received as a single lock washer. Worked OK. Also, is there a switch option to keep the motor running instead of holding down the button? That would be great. Have fun riding!!
